Lost Shipment
If your shipment is lost or not delivered we provide a full refund or we will resend the product with the fastest available shipping option.
Faulty or Damaged Product
In the unlikely event your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund.

* To complete your return, we require your order number and the date of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
